At a conference I went to maybe 2 years ago now, I went to a lecture on computer generated poetry. As a test they asked audience members for key phrases, and the computer used them as a basis for poems. It was able to mimic the styles of different poets like Whitman, Shelley, Keats, etc. Kind of creepy. I'll have to see if I still have my notes, because they had a website.

Man, that is creepy. I do like to think that us humans have things like intuition, creativity, dreams, and moments of grave illogic, going for us. I guess AI has always been a bit disturbing though... like getting beaten by the machine at chess.
